Made to order, paid in full and delivered across Europe with order support from our team.
Timing
Average production and delivery time is around 4 weeks. Every piece is prepared individually, so timing may vary slightly by model.
We will contact you if we need to confirm an address, personalisation or another delivery detail.
Payment
Your order is recorded first, so our team can help if payment remains pending. You then continue to Stripe’s secure checkout for full payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna through Stripe where available in your country.
Shipping
We ship to European countries for a flat €12 fee per order. If a destination requires special handling, we will contact you before preparation.
