Order and payment

The order is recorded before payment. The purchase contract is confirmed when Stripe accepts full payment and we send the corresponding confirmation.

Prices are shown in euros. Delivery costs €12 per order.

Production and delivery

Pieces are prepared individually. Average production and delivery time is around 4 weeks; any material variation will be communicated to the customer.

Withdrawal and returns

Unless a legal exception applies, the customer has 14 calendar days after delivery to communicate withdrawal. The product must be returned without improper use and with its accessories.

Clearly personalised pieces or goods made to individual specifications may be excluded from withdrawal. Rights concerning defects or lack of conformity always remain.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies without affecting mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence. Contact manager@fenixforge.shop with any question.
